COMMERCIAL EMPLOYEE PARTS
 

 
1. OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Ensure a smooth process of spare parts business within ATH.

2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect data in order to be able to provide a spare parts quotation to ATH’s customers
• Process the received purchase order and ensure a delivery of parts as per the agreed contract conditions
• Handling spare parts claims

3. SPECIFIC TASKS
• Report high value quotes to the spare parts team leader
• Provide to the team leader data on delayed orders and needed quotation times
• Administration of orders in SAP
• Administration of process data

4. COMPETENCES
a. Education
MEAO / MTS
b. Additional Training
Internal gas turbine training, SAP training
c. Experience
- At least one year in a simular position
d. Personal skills.
Team player, enthusiastic, accurate

5. PLACE WITHIN THE ORGANISATION
Position is part of the spare parts group within the Commercial Department and reports to the team leader parts .
